In this educational workshop, which was held with the welcome of the interested parties from the research and development units of the member companies of the association and companies active in the field of household appliances, automobile industry, business field, etc., Mr. Dr. Reza Rahnama, various topics related to the challenges of the extrusion process. They patiently presented the production lines in the following headings:

– Introduction of extruder and its types
– Extrusion process in single screw and double screw extruders
– The behavior of all kinds of materials in single-screw and double-screw extruders
– Spiral design in single-spiral and double-spiral extruders
– Ideal process conditions for different polymers
– Troubleshooting and troubleshooting steps in products
– Types of molding processes in extrusion: compounding, film and sheet, profile, pipe, co-extrusion, cable coating, blow molding, spinning and foam extrusion.
In the second part of this workshop, it was done interactively and by examining the questions of the attendees and the detailed answers of the course instructor. At the end, Ali Salarzadeh, the head of the association’s education commission, gave explanations about the upcoming courses and the courses held in the association’s education commission.
With the widespread request of the applicants, a course with this title will be renewed.
