Lubricant Masterbatch : _

This masterbatch is used to polish and increase the quality of the film surface, reduce waste, reduce the depreciation of machines, reduce the adhesion of film surfaces to each other and facilitate the production process.

Used in PP-PE products – thin films, normal and thick films ,  agricultural films.

 Clarify and shine masterbatch (brightner ) :

This masterbatch is used to make more light pass through and increase the transparency of the product in colorless artifacts. By adding a very small percentage, you will achieve the desired result.

But the same product is also used to make colored products more shiny. By adding 1% to the raw materials, the final product will be infinitely shiny.

Used in PP-PE injection products – thin films, normal and thick films , agricultural films , jumbo sacks and plastic cartons , fibers.

Anti-UV Masterbatch :

This masterbatch is used to increase the life of the product and prevent the color of the product from changing in sunlight.

Used in PP-PE injection products – thin films, normal and thick films , agricultural films , jumbo sacks and plastic cartons , PP fibers and pipes .

Flame retardant masterbatch :

In general, polymer materials are in flame, therefore, flame retardant agents are added to polymer mixtures for safety reasons. This additive creates very little smoke and toxic gases during fire. In addition, it reduces smoke when burning.

 This compound has four main characteristics.

1- Increasing the resistance of plastic to combustion

2- Reducing the speed of flame spread

3- Reduction of smoke and vapors caused by burning

4- Reduction of heat production caused by fire

Anti-static master badge :

Anti-static masterbatch prevents the accumulation of static electricity, does not absorb dust, and improves the printability of plastic products.

This additive can be used in films, large injection parts, thin wall injection parts, etc.
